The VOI COLONNA VILLAGE is made up of two buildings: the Colonna Village and the Beach Hotel. The hotel has 320 comfortable rooms. All are equipped with air conditioning, TV, private bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, safe and minibar. The VOI Colonna Village is immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation, extends on a hill facing the Golfo Aranci, sloping down towards a beautiful sea point, on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia. In the area around the Costa Smeralda it is the only resort of this size and services. The complex has a convenient internal shuttle service (active from 09.00 to 21.00) which connects the rooms, the various buildings, the common services and the beach.

The Classic rooms are located in the Colonna Village area, are furnished in a classic style that recalls the Sardinian tradition and have a private balcony (in the Quadruple Classic there is an unfurnished French balcony).

Classic Family rooms: (min 2 adults + 2 children 3-12 years n.c./max 4 adults + 1 child 3-12 years n.c. full paying rates min 3); located in the Colonna Village area. Family rooms consist of communicating rooms, each with its own bathroom. They have a private balcony.

Premium Rooms: Double (min.1 / max 2 pax + cot); Triple (min.2 / max 3 pax, cot cannot be inserted). The Premium rooms are located in the Village area, surrounded by greenery. Furnished like the Classic rooms. They have a private balcony with a privileged view of the splendid gulf.

Superior and Superior Sea View Rooms: Double and Triple (min.1 / max 2 adults + 1 child 3-12 years old, cot cannot be inserted).

The Beach Hotel, an area completely renovated in 2019, in its covered common areas and rooms, is the closest body to the beach and in a privileged position. Here are located the Superior rooms and the Superior Sea View rooms with a dedicated reception. Most have a balcony. Exclusive Services for Superior Rooms and Superior Sea View Rooms: minibar with drinks included (1st refill), tea and coffee making facilities, change of beach towels (on request). VIP courtesy set, assigned table at the Sos Aranzos restaurant and breakfast at the Bellevue restaurant.

Deluxe Rooms: Double (on request); Triple (maximum occupancy 2 adults + 1 child 3-12 years old, cot cannot be inserted); Quadruple (min./max. 4 pax, cot cannot be inserted). The Deluxe rooms are also located in the Beach Hotel. Rooms characterized by a splendid sea view and with exclusive reserved services. In addition to the services dedicated to the Superior and Superior Sea View, the services included in the Deluxe Rooms are: table reserved for dinner at the Bellevue restaurant with drinks included, 1 umbrella + 2 reserved sunbeds in the 1st row on the beach. Deluxe triple rooms with terrace are also available (max 2 adt + 1 child 3-12 years old), accommodations that offer a large furnished terrace, overlooking the splendid bay.
